Works great, packaged great, great deal this is second Kalorik oven, I am well satisfied

Do not purchase !
Kalorik has been bought out by legacy Company. Legacy is not honoring the warranty. I had the air fryer for less than a month . It totally stopped working. Legacy is not being very cooperative and claims it is not their responsibility to cover the warranty . Under these circumstances Amazon should not sell this item !

The handles get very hot. Don’t care for the pre heat feature because if you are not there when it notifies you to add food, it will shut off again. I also don’t like that you have to scroll through the options to go from airfry to bake. The older version was much better.

I just purchased this new air fryer through Amazon. I did not use it to cook anything but turned it on the next day. I was shocked at the level of noise, 65 dB coming from it. The previous air fryer that I used for about 3 1/2 years was very quiet. I was also disappointed as this oven is set up for a rotisserie, but the rotisserie spit was not sent with it. The other problem, which is quite bothersome is that I was unable to contact the company that handles these ovens. I ended up returning the oven and having it replaced with the identical one. My troubles were not over, as the newer model though much quieter, had a malfunctioning electrical system, whereby none of the presets worked, and the probe did not work. It would also turn off prematurely. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in this product and I am also returning it to Amazon. Do not buy this product under any circumstances, and if you do make sure you have a 4 to 5 year extended warranty. This is just my recent personal experience with this airfryer and may be atypical. It would be nice if the company had a phone number to call re customer support but it doesnt. Also the fact that asurion will not provide extended insurance protection for this product indicates something is amiss
