Great Wet/Dry Vac!
I purchased this after the previous mop vac that I had for 6 years started to leak badly. My previous mop vac left quite a bit of water on the floor (from the start), requiring that I also follow up with a mop so I was really hoping that this DREAME H12 PRO Vacuum Mop would leave the floor drier…I was soooo happy the first time using it! This leaves the floor nearly dry and does a great job cleaning!The battery lasted through cleaning about 800sq ft of hard floor on the main level and about 200 sq ft of hard floor on the upper level, with some to spare.The design was well thought out and having 2 cleaning rollers is a definite plus.Now for the best part: the self cleaning function. With a push of a button, this cleans and dries the roller – such a great function!As for longevity, I can’t really say, but it does seem to be well made.I would 100% recommend this mop vac!

2in1 clean really well
It is a good buy. It is a big heavy compared to traditional vacuum. But it is two in one, suction and wet cleaning all together. It automatically starts as you tilted the handle, the wheels move very smoothly. It can clean both wood floors, tiles really well without changing the roller. Self cleaning function is a plus. The downside is it doesnt have a light shooting on the floor to make sure it is clean.

I’m genuinely impressed with the DREAME H12 PRO. From the very first use, I could tell this wasn’t just another vacuum mop—it’s efficient, powerful, and thoughtfully designed. It vacuums and mops at the same time, which saves me so much time, especially with kids constantly creating little messes throughout the day.The biggest surprise was how much dirty water it pulls up. Just cleaning our kitchen area alone filled the tank with murky water I didn’t even realize was hiding on the floors. It’s eye-opening and honestly makes me want to use it every day just to keep everything fresh.Edge-to-edge cleaning is another big plus. It reaches right up against the baseboards and corners where my old mop could never get. And the auto self-cleaning feature is amazing—it actually cleans the roller for me, and the hot air drying means it doesn’t get that damp, musty smell that other wet vacs sometimes develop. I just got new LVP floors and found out I can not use my Kirby on them. This is so nice as I can mop and vacuum the floors at the same time. It only takes me about 25 minutes to do the whole main floor, which is 1000 square feet. It has a very fast dry time and my floors look awesome. It was so easy to set up and love how it is self-propelled, so gets it done very fast. Love how it is cordless, so it can take in all the rooms and there is no cord to mess with. The battery only goes down to 60% after filling the whole floor. I see why they call it dream, as it is so easy to use.

I have been using this Dreame vacuum/mop for a month and I am so glad I got it! I bought it on the prime deals so it was more affordable and have no regrets.I use it almost daily, sometimes I skip a day but on avg 5-6 days a week. I have a two level townhouse (946 sqft) that is all hard floors and I have yet to go below the max water line required for the self clean. I was fully prepared to have to refill the water at least once so am pleasantly surprised. I also have plenty of battery life so have never had it die on me!I use to use a Dyson stick vac for my floors then mop. The first day I used the Dreame I first went over the floor with my Dyson beforehand and let me tell you I cringed at how much hair it picked up and the muddy coloured water I emptied from the dirty water tank.For reference I have one adult, one child and two cats in my home and typically keep a clean home. I feel so much better knowing my floors are now actually cleaner than before when I thought they were clean. Everyday the water is discoloured and pick up lots of hair it ceases to amaze me.I have read tons of reviews on vac/mop combos and spent months off and on researching and ultimately decided on this one because of the dual edge to get right up to the wall on either side, the ability to go on a thin front mat and the feature that dries the roller. I also preferred this over others because I don’t require to get an app or connect to wifi. Bonus it runs quieter than my Dyson vac.I always keep it on auto mode as it automatically switches to ultra mode if it detects extra cleaning power needed which it has a few times. The self cleaning mode doesn’t take too long the voice command will tell you when it’s complete so you can empty the tanks. I do this right away, clean them out, dry and leave on the counter to further air dry. The drying of the roller takes more time. The screen display will show the % of where it’s at. Whenever I notice that’s done I take the roller off and just give a quick wipe of the machine there, put the roller back on as well as the tanks. The manual cleaning I do including putting everything back on takes less than 5 mins total and haven’t had any issues with smell. The additional time spent maintaining the machine is still less time it use to take me to vac and then mop before.I used it on my parents bungalow house which is also all hard floors (1528 sqft) and didn’t need to refill the clean water tank nor run out of battery. Their home has two adults and two cats, and my mom swiffers twice a day. My mom swiffered immediately prior to me using it thinking I exaggerated by how well it worked and she was disgusted by the colour of the water as well as how much hair it still picked up. Now she’s wanting to purchase next prime days (hopefully it goes on sale again).Highly recommend!

After returning two high-end mopping vacs, I gave up on robot vacuums altogether, they just don’t deliver the performance I’m looking for. The Dreame H12 Pro Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner has exceeded my expectations for my hardwood floors, it has outperformed every robot vacuum I’ve tried.I’m impressed it comes with an additional filter and roller, plus a starter bottle of floor cleaner (none of the premium robot vacs I tried included cleaning solution). The H12 Pro tackles messes effortlessly, and the display is easy to read, showing battery life as a countdown from 100%. The self-cleaning and drying function is a feature I really appreciate, and the dual water tanks are simple to fill and rinse.Compared to other mop-vacs in its class, I found the H12 Pro to be reasonably priced without compromising on quality.My only issue is that it doesn’t work well on carpet (it struggles to move and clean effectively) but, since my entire main floor is hardwood, that’s not an issue for me. Every time I use it, I’m genuinely impressed, Dreame is becoming one of my favourite trusted brands.

Toda fue Perfecto por unos meses. La compre en agosto 2024 y para noviembre 2024 paró de funcionar. Una pérdida de dinero.Después de dos semanas si me puede contactar con el departamento correcto de garantías. Pero tuve un HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA. Les envié la máquina con todo lo que vino y cuando me la enviaron solo me llegó con el cuerpo y la base de carga. Después de unos días de estar batallando con ellos me pidieron que les enviara otra vez la máquina y cuando la recibí me llegó sin un rodillo, un filtro y con la base de carga rota. Nuevamente después de batallar con ellos escalaron el caso y nuevamente les envié la máquina y según que me iban a enviar una nueva. Después de días me ofrecieron la Dreame H12 Pro Dual pero lo rechaze ya que yo ya tengo una Dyson. Y ya al final optaron por hacerme una devolución.Tuve una pésima experiencia con ellos tuve que ponerme en contacto por todos los medios pisobles para que las cosas ocurrieran si no solo me decían que estaban trabajando en ello o que yo les había enviado la máquina así. La comunicación solo es por email y solo contestan una vez al día, lo cual atrasa demasiado el proceso. Solo hay un número de teléfono que está disponible y cuando se escala el caso ellos ya no te pueden ayudar y se tiene que esperar a que te envíe un email. La página de Instagram igual se tardan en contestar y solo informan que están trabajando en el caso.Lo positivo es que el vendedor de Amazon se puso en contacto con,I go por la mala calificación y si me apoyó durante todo el proceso. Me enviaba múltiples mensajes diarios y fue un gran apoyo y comunicador. Al final siento que gracias al vendedor recibí el reembolso, lo cual agradezco ya que era muy frustrante lidiar con la marca.

Product works great when it works… Worked for 6 months. Used it not more than 1-2 times a week. Started to working intermittently, until it didn’t at all. Tried to get support from Dreame, very bad feedback and costumer service. Difficult to talk to somebody other than a robot by email.
