First time trying. Easy assemble. Bright red light.
Bought this for my daughter who has been having pain under her knee. We go Wednesday for the specialist. I bought this in hopes for reduced pain and cell rejuvenation. We got today and assembled today I will post an update of results soon. For now I wanted to say the set up was easy and it’s sturdy if you screw it in all the way on each area. It’s adjustable I can have it high or low. It’s bright but I think that’s the point. My daughter says it hurts her eyes even with the glasses but I told her again not to look at the light directly. It’s not battery operated it plugs in the wall so it should work where ever you plug it in. It’s very easy to de and re assemble to move it to where it needs to be.UPDATE: After using on the high nm option my daughter says the lesion under her knee doesn’t hurt like it normally does!

Very relaxing and Great results
I have been wanting to try red light therapy. I am glad I bought this one. The set was very easy, it is easy to move around, has multiple setting and It covers a large area of your body. I have noticed improvement in my skin which is a plus because I am using it for joint pain. It works on the pain very well. It sometimes takes the pain away after using it 1 time depending on how severe the pain is and how long I have the light on it. It does make the pain tolerable if it does not completely take it away. This light is a God send. I use it at night before bed and the joint pain used to wake me up, not anymore. Nothing I did would make it go away. I tried ointments, creams and sprays but nothing worked (I tried everything). This light does. I don’t know how it works but it does. I sleep better now and feel better throughout my day. My pain does come back but not as bad. I am hopeful I will eventually be pain free. I love this so much and I highly recommend.

This is a very good starter unit.
The product is good and is well constructed. The reason I gave it only 4 stars was there was no operating manual with it. It is very easy and straight forward to use but for someone just starting red light theapy they could provide a few instructions and general guidelines for the theapy. Also the manual could have some specification information like irradiation density and tolerance ranges of the light output at the three frequencies. It would also be more versatile if you could select each one of the frequencies and apply the pulse to any of them. But that would have probably made it more expensive. Generally a good product and very useful for a variety of applications.

Everything you need in a Red Light Therapy Device
Fabulous! This is an effective and versatile red light product. It provides all the capabilities that are promulgated for different aspects of red light therapy, plus the adaptability to adjust in multiple fixed positions sturdily, or be applied to the anatomic region of interest securely, even on a pet!It provides two wavelengths, the optimal ones in the red light range and in the NIR (near infrared range). It has various levels of brightness, and includes a strobe function which is touted for an additional salutary effect. A timer is included which is beneficial because e.g. at times I turn on the light, point it at my pets, and depart.The stand is sturdy, and remains erect without toppling over. The light display is large, with a generous area of light emission. I lay in my massage chair, easily being illuminated entirely by the light. I can feel it working because a sense of relaxation and sleepiness overcomes me as if I were sleeping beauty touched by magical rays.
