Great product!
Easy to assemble. This lamp was bigger then i though and when i got it positioned and set up i was pleased with the quality of the light. I started out on level 7 and did a 15 minute session I could feel the heat coming through but it didn’t feel like it was burning, it just feels like a mild heat lamp. I kept a 15 to 18 inch distance between myself and the red light during my session. It works for my muscles. This is excellent for pain relief. I use it every fifteen minutes twice a day. A great product for our household! I am satisfied!!

Good light.
I really like this light. It was simple to put together and easy to adjust. Only short of 5 stars because of the loud 3 beeps when it turns off. I like to turn it on to fall asleep and the beeps always wake me up. I wish there was a way to disable the sound. Otherwise, I have loved it and have started putting over my plants for the winter.

Easy to use and keep around
Easy to assemble and just the right size. It does not occupy a lot of space and is easy to store. Temperature setting is easy and has a timer control for safety time usage. This is a great product of muscle relief.

The attachment is very heavy and broke off very easily while I was trying to adjust it
I like the infrared light it’s very soothing but the heavy attachment makes it very difficult to maneuver to difficult locations. I think they have the right concept but the botton attachment is far too heavy for this infrared light bulb attachment

Relieves my pain
Helps relieve my back , knee and arm pain . When I put it on my back it relaxes me so much I fall asleep .
