I’ve been using this smart scent machine in my home, and overall it works very well. One of the first things I noticed is that people immediately comment on how good the house smells when they walk in. The scent coverage is strong and consistent without being overwhelming.The automatic function is a big plus. Once it’s set up, it’s pretty much set it and forget it. It runs on a schedule without needing constant adjustments, which makes it easy to live with day to day. Installation was also fairly simple and didn’t take much time.The app does its job, but it feels a bit unrefined, and the connection to the device can be temperamental at times. That said, this isn’t a huge deal because once you’ve set your schedule and scent strength, you rarely need to open the app again.There is one thing worth keeping in mind, especially if you live somewhere with cold seasons. This is unverified, but based on my experience: if you run the diffuser regularly while not using your AC and then switch over to heat in the winter, you may notice some “smoke” the first time the furnace kicks on. When I turned on my heat for the first time this season, my home filled with a noticeable amount of diffuser-oil-scented smoke. My assumption is that the oil either coated the ductwork over time or possibly made its way into the furnace, and then burned off when the heat was first used.After that initial occurrence, things returned to normal, but it’s definitely something to be aware of if you plan to leave the diffuser running year-round without HVAC airflow.Pros:• Works very well and distributes scent evenly• Guests notice and compliment the scent when entering the home• Automatic mode makes it mostly set and forget• Easy installation• Large capacity, doesn’t need constant refillingCons:• App feels a bit unpolished• Device connection can be temperamental• Potential oil buildup in ductwork or HVAC system (unverified)• Possible scented smoke when turning on heat for the first time in winterOverall, this is a great scent machine that does exactly what it’s supposed to do and makes the house smell great. Good product, amazing customer service.
The product is good. My customer service experience has been outstanding.I attached this diffuser to my main air handler in my house. It worked alright, but I needed to route the lines a little better. I did that, but they wouldn’t stay out. So, I needed to get more of the clear rubber tubing.I bought this item and needed replacement pieces 5 months later and they sent them with no issues and with no charge. If I ever need to get another diffuser, I’ll go with this company. Hands down, easy and no hassle customer service.This diffuser uses an app for control. The app is good; it gets the job done. You can adjust rest times, time for expelling the oil and what days it works on. You can also select different schedules. The basics of customization are covered.The clear tubing has a slightly larger OD diameter than what is commercially available. We’re talking .001 of an inch. It makes a difference because the oil will leak from between the tubing and the fitting on the diffuser if it isn’t the right size.I have about an 1800 square foot house and this diffuser fills the house. It’s not overpowering or even close. It’s a good fit.If you don’t get this diffuser from them, by a different one, but go with this company. Their customer service makes everything much easier to deal with.

Good at first, but after 5 months it is lacking
Reviewing this now that we have had it for a few months. If I had been rating it when we first got it, I would give it 5 stars. However, I feel like the quality of the product has gone down as time has gone on. For reference we purchased in July and it is now December, so it’s been about 5 months.When we first got it and set it up, we could smell the scent throughout the house. It was amazing. I got a scent called “Dubai” and it was great. Our home is pretty small- the main part is probably about 1000 square feet. We have air ducts in the floors and everything is on one level. I was able to set up the diffuser in a closet in our bathroom where the intake vent happens to run through. In the hallway outside of the bathroom is the vent, which sticks into part of the bathroom closet. So I plugged it in in the bathroom and drilled a hole in the metal wall of the ductwork and ran the clear tube into the duct. We ran the air conditioner (it was summer so it was constantly running), and immediately the scent wafted into every room. We could smell when it would kick on in the morning (we ran it 7 am to 9pm) and could smell it immediately when walking into the house.Now it is December, and I am less happy with the product. Perhaps it has something to do with running the heat instead of the AC, like maybe it is not running as often. But I cannot smell the scent at all unless I walk by the intake vent in the hallway. Even then it is very subtle. I took down my setup and cleaned the diffuser per the instructions (with isopropyl alcohol), and had gotten a new bottle of essential oil. For the first day or two I definitely smelled it more, but now it’s back to barely there. The oils are SO expensive for this to not be working, and aside from that, the diffuser is not cheap itself haha. I just really expected it to work better than this.In my opinion, you aren’t really saving money by buying this over using candles or other methods to scent your home.I may try rigging this up just in a central part of my home and see if we can smell it better that way instead of through the vents.
