Easy to work with
Great shielding fabric, adheres well but if you use a glue it does permeate the fabric easily so wait for tackiness first. Also leave some space for folds or movement if you are putting in a purse or wallet.Beautiful fabric though, easy to cut and work with. Shielding works perfect if no “gaps” around the device, otherwise it limits access pretty well.Will use in any or all my projects.

Silenced my noisy subwoofer
This solved my chatty subwoofer problem! I have an early 2000s era powered 12″ sub for my home theater system that picks up all manner of noise, a lot from the nearest WIFI mesh node. This was most noticeable when the rest of the system was off, but it was even loud enough to add noise we could hear when watching movies and shows. Covering the sub with a sheet of this and some towels to dampen the pressure-induced rattling of the sheet did the trick – it’s now completely silent when the system is off and there’s no noticeable interference noise when we’re using the system. It’s not the most aesthetically pleasing solution (no fault of the item), but it’s good enough for us.

Really happy with this copper fabric! I used it to block out EMF and WiFi signals from my smart meter, and it’s actually working. The fabric feels strong and good quality, and it’s big enough to cover a lot of space. The golden color is nicer than I expected not too flashy but looks decent.It came with a long roll of sticky conductive tape, which was super handy and saved me from having to buy extras. I noticed my WiFi signal dropped behind the fabric, so that tells me it’s doing its job.If you’re sensitive to EMF or just want to cut down on exposure around your house, this is definitely worth trying. I’d buy it again.

Copper material does indeed block any signals !
I just wrap my cell phone up in the copper material just to see if it work . The copper actually works well !!! No signal can get through and my son called my cell and said he could not get through not even vm ! Very pleased.

I used just to block the RFID radiation. Not sure if the blocking is consistent but it worked well for my purpose.

Cloth (doubled) was placed on the wall to shield the router in another room that sits ~ 1 m off the wall .Measurement made via Android App , also 1 m off the wall. So the total distance between 2.4 gHz router and wifi measuring device is about 2 metersResults: the signal strength without cloth -29 dB,and -41 dB with the cloth on the wallI think all the reflections did not help the case and it was expected.Note, whilst experimenting with “shaping” the cloth, I noticed some weak signals from other sources were amplified rather significantly.

This fabric DOES NOT WORK!!!
I tried it, I didn’t really believe Amazon would sell a product that would protect and shield you from RF/EMF exposure. And I was right!!Upon opening this delivery, I was excited so I immediately just wrapped my cell phone with the fabric, and it seemed to be doing something, as my TriField2 meter was fluctuating all over the place. So I decided the only way I would truly know the quality and effectiveness, would be to cut and place on my curtain panel which was the purpose for my purchase.My exposure for the window to be covered wasn’t much, only 0083. But I wanted to bring it to zero (0).I cut and glue-gunned it into my black out panels. I had to glue-gun them up because of the insufficient amount of copper sticky tape that comes enclosed with this Amradield product was laughable.Ok, at least it’s easy to cut, easy assembly with a couple of dabs of glue.. Done!Got my TriField2, extremely reliable EMF meter.OFF THE CHAINS reading. IT WENT UP from 0083 to 5011!!!!I wasted no time and Immediately snatched them down. No questions need to be asked. I pulled this copper fabric off of my curtain. Also very easy to peel off of my curtains, I may add.But the fabric actually drew more frequency toward the copper fabric. Not sure if because it’s conductive or just a horribly made item.Either way it misses the mark. I questioned the low cost from the beginning.

Appena arrivato ho provato subito sul mio cellulare…ho avvolto il tessuto intorno al telefono e…funziona! Il cellulare risultava fuori campo senza la possibilità di ricevere la chiamata…inoltre il venditore ha aggiunto una pochette per le carte e documenti con il blocco del chip rfid…regalo molto gradito! Ottimo giudizio complessivo!
