Great massager and Wonderful Customer Support!
I purchased this massager about 9 months ago, and I enjoyed having it to provide much needed muscle pain relief. Recently while using it stopped working due to no battery charge. I later found out the battery was fully dead and unable to be recharged so I emailed customer support and told them the issue. They promptly responded back with instructions on how to validate the issue and once they were able to do so they quickly shipped out a replacement from Amazon and it arrived in 2 days!! I was also told they’ve updated the warranty on their new/current devices to 2 years, which is great!

Good product and great customer service
I used this and was having a problem with the battery draining quickly so I contacted the company to see if I was doing something wrong. They gave me ideas to follow, but did replace the entire product and my new one is just great. Really great customer service! I’ve used it while traveling and it’s small and light weight enough to be easy to handle. I prefer the lower vibration, but it can go very high. The case and accessories are all of great quality. Happy with the product.

Good massager, great service
This massage gun is much better than my previous no-name massager. The extra power and stroke length make a huge difference. I do wish that its motor had more torque, since I can stall it out if I push too hard.Customer service is excellent. My massager stopped charging after a few months, and customer service replaced it free of charge after I sent them a video demonstrating the problem.

Excellent design, powerful massage, many options and great customer service
I suffer from nerve damage which causes ‘rock hard muscle spasms. My old massager was not helping. I was intrigued by the various attachments in the Bob and Brads massager gun, especially the two-pronged attachment and so happy I ordered it! It was the only thing that gave me relief by breaking up the rock-hard very painful muscle spasm and the results were lasting for weeks! There is also a hot / cold attachment and others for various levels of pressure massage needs. The massager gives powerful massages (5 levels of intensity) for several 20 minute sessions before it needs recharging. Customer service was very responsive and helpfull. I give this 5 stars for design, function and service!

Terrible customer service
I would highly recommend avoiding Bob and Brad products, they do not stand behind their product and their customer service is terrible. I purchased the T2 Pro Massage Gun, it arrived quickly (same day), but unfortunately it came in used condition. The safety tag had clearly been removed and stuck back on. The gun itself, the bottom ID tag wasnt attached and was sideways, the head of the gun is scratched, and when turned on it makes a weird clanking noise. The case is soiled and the owners manual has teeth marks on it. Should be an easy fix righr?? Wrong… Amazon sent me to Bob and Brad because they only offers a return and refund option for this product. Contact Bob and Brad customer service, they literally send me back to Amazon to request a replacement. Called Amazon, they again state they can gladly return and refund, but replacement wasnt an option , but I could always just reorder. So now, I have to drive 30 minutes away to drop off a used piece of equipment, wait 7-10 days to get a refund, spend another $125 to reorder another one that may or may not be in the same condition. NO thank you, I will just return this item, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and never purchase another Bob and Brand product again.

Great massage gun . Really like the attachment with the warm and cooling. Great battery life ! Even though it stopped working after a couple of months the company was great on sending me a new one right away!

Excellent customer service
While I am new to the world of massage guns, online research pointed to Bob and Brad as one of the higher rated and recommended brands. Having never used a massage gun before and this being my first one, I don’t have much of a basis to compare too. It feels solidly built with good heft and is surprisingly quiet. The force feels adequate, especially if using on sore muscles, and takes a decent amount of force to stall out. Unfortunately for me, the hot/cold head attachment was DOA right out of the box. However, a couple of simple emails and they promptly shipped me a new one (on May 30) and it arrived within 3 days (June 2). There aren’t as many companies as there should be that stand behind their products but this is one that does. While I have dealt with some other companies that had great customer service, I’ve never had a company reach out again after the fact to ensure that the product was working as it should and that I was satisfied with everything. The fact they bothered to follow up afterwards when they really didn’t have to shows they care and that gets a 5 star from me.

High quality and solid massager, very portable with its bits in case included. Heat/cold detachable head is a small thermoelectric Peltier with metal plate on end, only rated at 5W with a 900mAh battery and charges separately. Yet to see how this heat/cold head lasts though…

In Australia, I had two options Rihpno and Bobs, and the latter proved to be a good choice after all. Yet, it is still a week of use, needs a long inspection and use.

Is ok. Except it does not perform so well with a bit of pressure applied. Battery does not last so long.Had better products for cheaper. Thought I’d give it a try.
