I did a lot of research on types of lights and their benefits and compared a lot of products before purchasing anything. I chose this over all because it combines both red light and infrared red light all in one. It’s well made and high quality but also super light weight. I have it hanging from a small hook above my bed and can simply unplug it and carry it with me to another room. Sometimes I prop it up on a countertop. It’s very simple with no remote control. Just plug in and flip the switch on the cord. I can feel it working. I have a neurological condition and a little time under this does helps my shakes go away or lessen the larger uncontrolled movements. When I feel cold shivers and stand in front of this, I don’t feel warm but the shivering gone. My skin does look greater than before and this has become part of my morning and night time routine. I wish I bought this years ago and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in trying out infrared light therapy. This product also had the best price compared to other high quality products.

First impression/ last decision
Ok was very impressed how nicely incase to me. Was impressed how well it was equipped to use. But, seems it was twisted on what its used for compared to the Discription on Amazon. So is it good for facial scaring, fine lines and pain? What exactly is this lighting in this? So will see , will try? Now that I’ve tried not sure if it’s ligament , not seeing any bennifits that I notice. Gosh wish I knew or seen something worth keeping? Anyone? Got a week before I can return. Just wish I knew if its worth keeping? Because it seems really good made. But almost every day been using little less last week or so. Not seeing and changes to skin lines, dark moles, or pain.
