Love this vacuum and mop
So far i am lovingvthis vacuum. Setup was pretty easy. The app is very good. It had been doing a great job with vacumming and mopping. I runs once a day. It has not gotten stuck once. Seems to have pretty good obstacle avoidance. Its pretty quiet too. The mapping works really well. The only issue i have had was when the room is dark it sometimes gets confused and thinks rugs are cords and stops. I have mosly vinyl plank with a few area rugs and three dogs.A month in and i am still happy. Probably the only area that need improvement is mopping. It does great on regular stuff but occationally i need to wipe up harder to get up messes by hand. I would still recommend this and have to a number of folks.

Worth the money. It’s spectacular
It’s spectacular. So quiet I can run it while watching tv. So quiet it doesn’t upset the cat. Does a great job cleaning then empties itself and cleans its mop heads all automatically. Avoids obstacles like cords. Maps out the apartment perfectly. App is easy to use. I didn’t think I’d want mopping until I emptied the dirty water tank and saw how much dirt it was mopping up.This is my first experience with robovacs. I tried a highly rated $120 Uninell UR1 first to try to save money. It was terrible despite virtually all five star reviews. Bumping into things. Getting hung up on power cords. Didn’t map the apartment accurately at all. I sent it back. It seems like your choices are, broadly:$100 – navigates by bumping into things, can’t map, can’t avoid cords$200 – LIDAR only. I haven’t tried one but I suspect it can map but can’t avoid cords$400 – LIDAR plus Camera/AI to avoid obstacles like cordsSo I’d suggest not being cheap, spending the money and going for this unit or something like it. You can clear some obstacles, like shoes. But you really can’t put all the power cords away. You need a robovac that can deal with them.The P10 was highly recommended by someone on r/RobotVacuums on reddit, which is how I found it. I know it seems expensive but it’s a bargain considering its premium feature set. Well worth the money. I don’t think you’ll be happy with anything less.Oh, my use case is an 825 sqft apartment, all hardwood parquet floors plus linoleum tile kitchen. One kitty who sheds and likes to kick and track kitty litter everywhere.

In all transparency for the 2 months the robot worked, it was great. Did a great job cleaning and ran well.UNTIL it hit the 2 month mark. Then the battery and motherboard failed. Wouldn’t hold a charge and couldn’t function.Customer service: 1 out 5Took forever to respond. Chat on the app does not work. Email is only way they respond and it’s jumping between 30 different people. You will not talk to the same person twice. There is not a phone number for you to call.First exchange (picture included): they warn you that you are responsible for any damage caused by shipment. But for them? Not their fault. The refurbished unit came messed up, looked to be from repair but they claimed it was from shipment. Sensors didn’t work and it ran into Everything. Then it failed again.Second exchange: won’t even get past the set up steps.Results: I am demanding a full refund. Can’t even last their warranty coverage and customer support is awful. Of I could give any words of advice avoid MOVA.UPDATE:Service Team: 5 starsAfter working with them to resolve the issues, I gave MOVA a final chance and so far the robot is working great!The robot: 3 starsRepeated issues make it hard for anything above 3 stars.

This robot is an absolute game changer. I’m a tidy person, single Dad, but floor cleaning takes up too much time in my week. As a result , I just didn’t clean my floors as often as I wanted. I’ve owned a Roomba in the past, but found that the random vacuum patterning required me to clean before I cleaned. I did a ton of research on robots with LIDAR. Trust me, I did a DEEP DIVE, comparing performance, reliability, warranty, price and hundreds of reviews of about 6 major brands. At this price point, this robot is the winner.LIDAR allows the bot to map your floors, clean in an organized pattern, and it will go around any objects without disrupting the cleaning pattern that is programmed within the robot. I stumbled across the Mova robot, and in this price range, there is absolutely nothing that out performs it. This is a division of the Dreame company, which is one of the best on the market. But most importantly, all the parts and products are interchangeable with Dreame (X40, I believe).My house is 2800 sqft, two floors. The bottom floor is hardwood and tile, while the upstairs is mostly carpet with two tiled bathrooms. This robot does a fantastic job on it all. The multi floor feature was a huge surprise; it can be programmed for multiple floors, so all you have to do is pick up the robot and put it on the floor you want. It self positions, and cleans according to the digital map it creates during setup. Instead of cleaning my floors once every two weeks, my floors and carpets are being cleaned twice a week. Having a shiny clean floor is like putting new paint on the walls. It opens the rooms, reflects light better, and I had never thought anybody would come into my house and actually compliment me on my floors, lol!Features I LOVE:-LIDAR, which digitally maps an entire floor in about 10 minutes. Once this is done, the map is saved, and never has to be done again-multi floor capability, so one robot is all you need-A camera that allows you to find it at any point, it takes pictures of obstructions and sends it to your phone so you know why it may have skipped an area-Self cleaning, mop, pads, and self emptying debris container-Customizable app floor maps so you can program virtual mops, assign the order in which you want rooms cleaned, decide if you want vac/mop/both, floor type and even hardwood direction (the robot can be programmed to clean along the lines of your floors.)-the app allows you to do a global cleaning of each floor, or you can have it just clean one or two specific rooms on the floor-quiet. Vacuum boost makes it louder, but that’s because you’re turning on an intensive cleaning function if you choose. It’s optional-a ton of extra features for intensive cleaning, deep cleaning, spit cleaning… more features than I can list here. You can customize the cleaning regimen for each floor or room as you see fit.-self cleaning. It will self clean automatically during the course of a program, and of course, you can customize how often you wish for the mop pads to be cleaned during a cycle. That means it will clean the mop pads periodically while cleaning so that it is not dragging dirt from one place to another. I am writing this review to let the future buyers know what to expect if you buy this product. The reason I gave 5 starts because buys have the tendency to read mostly the positive reviews to make their purchase decision, the same mistake I have done. I should have read the one star reviews as well to find out what wrong with the product.I purchased this robot just 2.5months back in Canada and I was very happy with the purchase until the robot stopped working one day.What’s good: Feature wise this is an outstanding robot, the app is awesome. I didn’t have any issues setting it up and mapping my house. I also scheduled the robot to clean my house every other day. It gets the job done. The robot gave a great service for 2 months. There were few times when the robot would stop in the middle of the cleaning process when mopping pads came off after getting tangled with by phone and laptop charger wire. Don’t leave any wires lying aroung on the floor as the obstucle detection system cannot detect it and gets tangled.What’s bad: It’s just only 2 months and the battery started draining significantly faster. On a single charge battery couldn’t even clean a 400 sq ft area. It will stop in the middle and the app would show Robot Offline message. This is really unacceptable for $800 robot to go bad in just 2 months. Day by day the battery capacity got worst and I had to call service center as it passed the 30 day return window.My experience with customer care: Unlike a lot of unhappy customers my experience with Customer Support was not awful. Users complained about non existant customer support but it’s not true atleast for Canada. I called their customer support and with two tries someone picked up the phone and opened a service ticket to escalate to the tech team. I demanded refund but they clearly denied as it passed the 30 day return window. After the first call over phone the next interactions I had was over email. They were pretty prompt in responding to emails. After giving me some basic troubleshooting tips like wipe the sensor and do a hard reboot etc, they asked me to send the robot to a service center. A shipping label was created and sent to my email. Initially they asked me to ship the entire device (robot with the docking station) which I objected as I didn’t have the original packaging. Also my issue was with the battery only. Finally they agreed and asked me to ship the robot only. You will get 15 days to send the robot to the service center. After I send the robot the work was done in a day and they shipped it back the next day. I think all total it took only 5 days to get the robot fixed which was awesome. As part of the fix they had to change both the battery and the mother board. I am not sure why they changed the motherboard!!Today I did my first testing after service and everything is working fine. I had to do the setup one more time. I will keep the review updated with the experience so that it helps future buyer to make decision. I think I would not go with Mova rather buy something from their parent company DREAME.
