A great little red light
I absolutely love this red/infrared light panel. It works extremely well in helping with wound healing and helping it heal quicker. It did not personally help me sleep better but I’m glad I was able to use it for other things. It is extremely easy to use and set up. This was definitely worth the money!

Difficult to use daily.
I had high hopes for this red light device, especially after finding my previous larger model too bulky and challenging to incorporate into my routine. I thought a smaller unit that I could leave on my dresser would encourage more frequent use. Unfortunately, six months later, I’ve only used it about three or four times.While the concept is great, it hasn’t become a regular part of my routine as I had hoped. For my next purchase, I’ll likely look for a model specifically designed for facial use, as that was my original intention with the red light therapy. Overall, I’m a bit disappointed but still optimistic about finding a better fit for my needs.
