It works great but. When summer arrives it will be a mess and then it’s not longer good.So 4 stars. I would recommend this 2 others in Winter months

It does what it does
Melatonin is not one to immediately sedate you in the middle of chores. You can fight the effects off depending on dosage, and I wouldn’t go past 10mg and even that is dangerous.At 5gms daily, I can say these are good tasting and effective. I work the night shift and I have not needed break naps as much due to sleeping. You must also understand how you sleep, and how your doctor says you sleep. That adds up.

No Noticeable Effect
These were enthusiastically recommended by a server at a restaurant. I found that they tasted good, but had no noticeable effect on my ability to fall or stay asleep. While my physiology may well be different than some (or most), these did not work for me.

Look different
I’ve ordered these a few times. They seem to have a calming effect and they taste good. This time the gummies look like they’ve been through something. Either too much heat or cold. They are kind of discolored around the edges. I’ll keep them but not sure they are as good?
