Very Good Sanitizer!
The price on this UV-C sanitizer lamp was reasonable. I tried it, and I was very happy ☺️ Left ozone in the air. But it dissipated very quickly. Left rooms smelling fresh, and removed odors. An interesting note: I’ve had issues with pantry beetles. A major infestation. Surprisingly, it’s killed most of them! They’re down to a dull roar now. And no pesticides. Win-win in my book. 👍

This ZETAWALE UV sanitizer is a powerful tool for keeping my home clean, especially for pet owners or allergy sufferers. The UVC lamp quickly kills germs, and odors in my basement, bathrooms and kitchen , leaving a noticeably fresher room but with a slight bleach smell that dissipates quickly. Instructions say not to enter the room 20-60 mins after disinfection and if needed air out the room.The remote control with 15/30/60-minute timers is super convenient, and the motion sensor ensures safety by pausing if my dog wanders in. It’s ozone-free but leaves behind a bleachy smell. The compact design is easy to move.I cannot comment on the use for bed bug issues as I have none. I got it mainly for my basement and bathroom which has humidity and gets an odor and this works to eliminate the odor. Worth every penny
If you have never used one, they are amazing.My dog got skunked and I was able to use this do deodorize rooms one at a time.It is UV so you can’t use it right next to fabric for long periods of time because it will fade the fabric. But I gets the smell out of soft surfaces as well as the air.

A surprising amount of ozone was generated.
This device uses ultraviolet light to eliminate odors, bacteria, mold, and bugs such as dust mites. It has 100 watts of power and 3 timer settings: 15, 30, and 45 minutes and comes with a remote control. When one presses the on button, it has a delayed start to allow you to leave the room and a series of beeps to warn you it is about to start. Although the listing states the timer led lights are red, green, and orange, they are red, green, or blue on mine. This is the version that also has radar that will turn the unit off if anyone enters the area while the device is running. I see that as a very good thing if one has a pet that could enter while not knowing the danger. Toddlers would be safer also. The remote has a button to disable the radar if one needs to turn it off. There is a conflict between the listing statments and the instruction pamphlet regarding whether the unit will restart after 20 to 30 seconds. I confirmed the listing is correct. It will restart after a period of no movement. However, that means if a pet decides to take a nap within the radar zone, it will come back on. I tested that by being motionless which resulted in the light activating perhaps 30 seconds later. The radar has a good range to detect a moving object. It seems longer than the 13 feet in the listing.Years ago mold attacked the carpet backing in my basement. I removed all carpeting, but a hint of the odor still appears now and then. I hope that this item can help to finally eliminate it. I tested it by running four times for 15 minutes. It did turn on and subsequently off. I also smelled ozone. Since it has no fan to blow out ozone from a high voltage component, the ultraviolet light is actually splitting oxygen molecules, and they reform as reactive ozone. Nearly as soon as the light comes on, I could smell it. Soon the amount was at a greater level than expected. Note that all people and pets should be kept out of the area since ozone is irritating to the lungs and ultraviolet light is dangerous to your eyes. Plants can also be adversely affected by ozone. I did take a picture of it running, but I had moved 20 feet away and left right after taking it. Of course the image proves it did turn on and run. It also arrived well packaged with three individual foam supports holding it firmly in place. I did have an issue with the remote. I could not open it to expose the battery. I had to insert a tool along the thin gap where the spot to slide using your thumb is. Exerted force to move the door to the bottom. Then used a sharp knife to remove some plastic that was left over from its manufacture and also shaved a tiny bit from the “catch” which seemed too high. Now I still can not easily place a thumb on the spot to open it, but I can place a finger nail in that gap and slide it open. I was also disappointed to see that it had a non-standard battery of 12 volts which will cost more to replace when it is no longer functioning. Only long term use can confirm if this ultraviolet light works as hoped. But since I know ozone will have a positive effect on odors and mold spores, I will rate it 5 and hope for the best. The caveats to ordering this are that you might have a problem changing the battery on that remote, and the radar will not notice a pet or human who stops moving.
