1 Accurate Smoke Detection
2 Photoelectric Technology
3 Test/Silence Mode
4 Low Battery Warning

Zigbee Integration: Our smoke alarm is designed to seamlessly work with the TUYA protocol gateway, ensuring reliable connectivity and smart home integration for enhanced safety.
【Real-Time Alerts to Your Phone】Once smoke is detected, you’ll receive instant free push notifications on your smartphone via the “Smart Life” App or “TUYA” APP no matter where you are. This helps you react quickly before the situation escalates — ideal for monitoring your home remotely.
【Dual Sound & Light Alarm】Features a loud >85dB siren and a bright red LED strobe. When triggered, both audio and visual signals work together to alert everyone in your home — especially helpful for the hearing-impaired or in noisy environments.
【Smart Low-Battery Reminders】Never be caught off guard. The detector clearly warns you via LED flashes, a beep sound, and an APP notification when the battery is low, reminding you to replace it within 7 days for continuous protection.
【Easy Installation & Flexible Setup】Includes all necessary accessories (screws and expansion plugs). You can mount it securely on the ceiling using the provided screws, or use strong double-sided tape (not included) for a drill-free option — perfect for renters.
【10-Minute Mute Function】Briefly press the test button to temporarily silence nuisance alarms for 10 minutes (use with caution in confirmed safe situations). This helps avoid unnecessary panic during cooking or shower steam incidents.

Wow, Great price and Good value
For the price, this smoke alarm is great. It states zigbee compatible, but unfortunately I could only get it to work on their application. I was hoping it would work with smartthings. Even though it doesn’t, but for the price, it’s still a great purchase.

Well-built detector with excellent response time and smart home integration
I got this smoke detector to add to my smart home setup and I’m really impressed with what I received. The construction feels solid and well-made – definitely not one of those flimsy units you sometimes see. What really stood out was how quickly it responds to smoke. I did a test with some actual smoke and it triggered almost instantly, which gives me confidence it’ll work when needed. The loud alarm and flashing light make sure you definitely know something’s wrong.Setting it up with my home automation system was surprisingly smooth. It connected right away Home Assistant (via ZHA) without any fuss or multiple pairing attempts. Once connected, I was able to set up automations easily – like having it trigger other devices when smoke is detected. The battery setup is straightforward and I appreciate that it gives you plenty of warning when power is getting low (at least based on the description). Installation was simple too, with options for either screwing it in or using adhesive mounting.Overall, this has been a reliable addition to my smart home that actually works as advertised. For the price point, the build quality and performance are solid.

ALMOST PERFECT EXCEPT ONE BIG THING…
This was a rather fun thing to try out as I could use it to connect with ZigBee to my Alexa device! It was rather easy to adhere to the wall with the adhesive, followed by screwing it in. The app was able to connect to it instantly and I was able to add the item. However, even though it uses my Alexa device as a hub, it doesn’t communicate with Alexa to well. It took me a few times for it to sync to be found with Alexa, once it was found it didn’t want to dedicate it to a smoke detector so I had to choose other device. The smoke detector also does not show properly in my Alexa app, as it just says the name of the device and that is all you can do with it! If you are wanting something to be smart for your home so you can keep an eye on things, this may work for you to start off with. If you are looking to add this on to your existing smart devices, I would tread a little with weary. I am still able to use the app and it shows me if something was to happen. I do also enjoy the history of when alerts go off. This smoke detector is significantly cheaper than the other items out there, but in this case, you get what you pay for.

Make Sure You Have a Gateway
Important note: you must have a Zigbee gateway. I mistakenly thought this was a software, not an additional device. Once you have the device, the alarm seems functional. It’s easy to install onto the wall with screws and drywall anchors, easy to pop on and off the wall to change the batteries, the mute/test button is responsive when my cooking offends the detector. I haven’t had it long enough to know if the battery life will stand the test of time, but I have not had to change the AA batteries, yet. The included instructions are poorly translated, however, and needing to have a separate gateway created an awkward bottleneck. For the price, however, it’s difficult to complain.

Read if you maybe want to buy it
Pairing to my Home Assistant zigbee couldn’t have been easier! Took me longer to find a fresh pair of AAs to shove in. If you’re me you’ll either have a pillow handy or 2 sets of noise-cancelling headphones anytime you’re messing with alarms. This baby fired right up with a nice screeching BEEP to let me know it’s in pairing mode while rupturing my poor dogs ear drums(he was in another room, don’t call PETA on me!). Showed right up in HASS zigbee devices and bob was your uncle. It looks pretty good too. You can make holes to install the bracket(generally ceiling is best but check your local building safety code first). The bracket is TIGHT! Once it’s on there it ain’t goin nowhere, not without a good chunk of your drywall. I recommend you also research photo- VS ion- smoke alarms. You either mix and match around the house or cough up for the premium brand. I have mixed types/brands and now a zigbee one as well for whatever reason. Ty!

Good and easy to setup
Just installed this zigbee smart smoke detector in my kitchen to replace my old, dumb smoke alarm. Setup was a breeze with the tape – took 2 minutes. The smart features are why I bought it. I pressed the test button on this fire alarm and got the alert on my phone instantly through the Smart Life app. No more worrying about not hearing the alarm when I’m in the yard or if there’s a problem when I’m not home. It’s also way less ugly than my old one. For the price, this smart smoke detector is a total no-brainer. Totally worth it.
