So Small But with a Big Job and Easy Batteries
Easy. Small and uses normal batteries (AAA that are included). I sat one on a high cabinet in the hallway outside the bedrooms on the 2nd floor and one high in the below ground family room outside the utility room with the gas furnace and dryer. Again…Easy. My alarm monitored ceiling smoke detectors sounded off and had to use a ladder to replace expensive rarely stocked in my house batteries (so trip to the store). Easy instructions. Also will alert to batteries when low. Nice.

Seem to work as designed
They seem to work as designed they blink once in awhile and fortunately we don’t have any radon gas so they’ve never went off.

Alarm went off when no smoke
Worked for month, then started to go off at random times, including at 3 am and there was no smoke or anything hot. Very frustrating.

Needed to make sure generator wasn’t polluting air in the house
With all the power outages we experience yearly, we installed a whole house generator. But when it’s running, the smell comes through the window closest to it. So we needed a way to monitor how much was getting into the house. These were easy to install and sit quietly on the wall until we push the button to display any levels present.
