Small and mighty
A great product. Just plug it in, and it’s functional. It is accurate. I had my heating system maintained a week after I received this unit. The tech tested the carbon monoxide levels which were zero ppm, the same as this meter. The price is right as well.

Have had this about a month and so far it seems to work well. It hasn’t alarmed yet which is a good thing. Peace of mind is worth the little bit of money for this product.

Not a useful design
So positives first. The display is bright and clear. The gas detection works. However, there is no option or base to mount it close to the ceiling where smoke detectors should be placed. That being said, the battery life on this is negligible so even if there was a way to mount it, it would have to be recharged every day. I left the unit plugged in for over 2 days and when placed on a high shelf unplugged, it died within 24 hours. Would not recommend this unit as a reliable smoke detector if it has to remain plugged in unless there is an outlet wired up high near the ceiling.
