A great deal for a powerful bear-infrared and red light
This red light therapy device has been useful to me. My favorite feature is the adjustable red light to near-infrared light ratios. This allows me to tailor the strength of the light to different needs. I also appreciate that it has a stable stand, that it has a remote control, and that the stand is adjustable. The stand was relatively simple to set up. It is a little hard to adjust the height of the stand, so I have just set it at a convenient height to be over my bed and I use the bendable arm to angle it as needed. The remote also is a little too simple for the device and it is hard to tell what settings you have selected due to the lack of an indicator screen of some kind, it does magnetize to the stand for easy storage. I also appreciate the two glasses options that allow me to read or use my phone while using the device. This device is a great price for the strength and versatility of the light. I don’t have a way to measure the light and confirm that the light is as powerful as advertised, but I do feel good after using it in the same way as other devices I have used.

Great Red Light Unit!
This is a really great red light panel for starting out, or if you cannot afford the larger, full body red light devices. Its a smaller panel but, it has a ball bearing (I guess that’s what its called) that mounts it so its very easy to reposition and angle where you want to target it. The price point is really good for what you get!First of all, my not blood related sister went through treatment for Non Hodgekins Lymphoma. She also has several other autoimmune issues like psoriatic arthritis and lupus. She was able to take part in an experimental treatment protocol, which was totally successful without chemo or radiation, and Red Light Therapy was a part of her daily regimen as directed by her physician. She swears by red light therapy for a litany of different unexpected results and benefits from using it! She has continued to use hers even long after she found her cancer was gone. She is why when I saw this product available, I jumped at the chance to get one and try it for myself! This is a smaller unit but this sucker puts off a LOT of light! You have pulse mode or a straight light mode, and 5 different strength levels. There’s a remote you use to swap between functions or change the red light while its in use without having to move. You do have to turn it on before the remote will work; the on-off switch is on the cord itself. Its also very easy to position size wise with the base. I would think it may be easy to tip because it is rather top heavy. So out of an abundance of caution I did take a heavy book and weighed down its base . We have cats and my luck, one would decide to rub against it ans and it crashing into my noggin lol! So I put the heavy book on it….I guess my old college textbooks do have some use in my older years after all lol! This red light unit is very easy to work and pretty straight forward. I’m no expert on different red light strength output and all of the more tech aspect to this product. So I don’t want to speak out on that. But, I do know that in a month of use, my husband and I have been using it twice a day for about 15 or 20 minutes each session, and we have both felt more energetic, noticed improvements in the appearance of our skin and even improvements in our sleep, and we both generally just feel less tired during the day. I have been hearing a lot about and reading about red light therapy for some time and I know there are a ton of different benefits it can provide for people. I highly encourage people to read up on these lights! Read into the lab tests and all the uses, for sure. If you get a smaller unit, figure out where you need to target the light for its best use, even if you have to do it in a couple of stages to get a full body exposure. For this specific light size I would think one could get full body exposure with 2 sessions…top half and bottom half. For a child or pet I think it could likely be done for full body in one session under it. Just angle it correctly and at the right height for whomever is doing the treatment, and for the area you want to target for an adult.I am beyond excited to continue using this Red Light! Ive been wanting one forever! I’m so thankful that I came across this item! So far it has functioned perfectly each and every time and we are more than happy with the results we have gotten in the short time we have been using it! If you are looking for one to try before investing a larger sum of money into a big one or one of the mats, Then this is definitely a great option to use to dip your toes into the benefits of red light therapy! In the future, my husband and I will be looking into getting a larger device and possibly a mask and a mat. Its also nice that this set comes with 2 pairs of eye protection. You don’t have to wear them, but I suppose its always a better safe than sorry type thing to add in eye protection to any kit like this. It was really nice that they included 2 pair of glasses in 2 different sizes. It would appear one in a larger men’s size and one for women, or perhaps teens. That was a nice touch. For the price point this is an absolutely wonderful red light set up! Its perfect for starters or someone that wants the benefits without having to totally empty the wallet to try. Again, I highly encourage all who wish to try this to do some good reading up on the therapy and its benefits, and also the different strengths and levels and what setting is best for what you want to target, like straight light or is the pulsing better for what you are looking to improve? It’s things like that you should always read up on, and plenty! Aside from the little bit of reading Ive suggested, which is not included, this is a great package deal for starting out! I will be purchasing more red light therapy products in the future!

Very functional and versatile
I can’t comment on the techie aspect or whether these are the right wavelengths, but the product is pretty well designed. The remote control with timer is essential. It’s so much easier to use when lying down if you don’t have to reach over to find the control on the cord. It’s very easy to put together and the directions are clear and written in good English (see photos). It’s a good idea to weight the bottom no matter which way you’re orienting the panel. It’s very easy to tip. The cord length is generous (about 10 feet), and the on/off button is about 3 feet from the panel. This type of red light gives off very little warmth, so there is no worry about burning skin by touching it; however, you do need to read the warnings about length of exposure time. The product is sturdy enough, but the first point of failure on these types of stands and holders tends to be the plastic ball joint, so treat the product gently and pick up by the pole. The height is good for sitting on a chair or lying on a bed. But be aware the 50-inch height is only if you don’t bend the top part. And note that some of the product page photos makes it seem the illuminated area is much larger than it is; the scale between human/dog and device is off. Also, it’s nice they include the glasses, but they are very cheaply made and can be uncomfortable and also don’t work well over eyeglasses.
