I have to admit I was a bit skeptical when ordering this item because I have two other ones prior to deciding to try one more time to try to find one that would actually work or at least where I may feel the smallest amount of difference in managing the everyday pain that I carry in my mid/upper back area……. And boyyyyy was I so very much impressed with this one.I guess third time really is the charm!!!!!!This 660nm/850nm Red light Theropy lamp truly does do the job in managing my back pain. In about a four day time period, I began feeling alittle less pain especially at the end of the day, when the day is done and my body stops and I lay down to feel all of detention and tightness, but I’ve carried all day slowly release from my body and being sometimes a bit painful when doing so.With having used the red light therapy for the past 4 or 5 days I am able to not have to use my heating pad on my back every single light like I used to and that feeling of instant painful release of stress upon laying down relax, has not been as painful!But not only has it helped w managing my back pain, I’ve actually noticed a difference.But not only that, the red light therapy lamp also helps with rejuvenating your skin…. No I can’t see the skin on my back, but as I was getting dressed just yesterday my fiancé noticed that some of the blemishes I have from using my heating path regularly that used to be so dark actually have lightened up so I do plan to use it and sit under it with my face to see from myself oh well, let me do but with helping with my pain as quick and well as it has, I almost know that it will definitely help and maybe giving me a little bit of glow that I hope to achieve from it!The stand it comes with is a complete plus for me because this is something I can do on my own and I don’t have to have somebody standing over me holding it or trying to find the right place to prop it up to get the area of my back I need.So if you are looking for a red light therapy lamp that actually works and you feel a difference in the amount level of pain that you may be experiencing I would definitely suggest this one.

Definitely worth the money
I have a few red light therapy but this one it’s definitely the best it helps me with my whole body pain relief it’s super easy to install I just did my lips and also helps me to heal even faster it works very good super easy to take it with you for any traveling plans because the weight it’s super light i definitely love it
