Good quality with multiple adjustment points for a good fit
I am happy with this posture-correcting back brace. It’s highly adjustable with multiple tightening straps. You have 2 on the waist strap and then 1 on each side for the shoulder strap that all tighten around the mid section. Provides effective support, encouraging me to sit and stand straighter with my shoulders back but isn’t that restrictive. In other words you will be able to slough as normal, but this helps remind you you;re doing it. I’ve been using it for a week at my desk where I tend to slough real bad in my chair. I definitely notice as I begin to do it with this on and it helps remind me to stop. I haven’t tried wearing it under my clothes out in public, but depending on how tight you wear your clothes it may or may not be real noticeable.There are 2 thin long metal plates that run along the back along with a back support pad. Please note this is only 16 inches top to bottom. If you’re tall this may be awkward for you. You do need to let it air out for a few days as it does have a smell but the packaging clearly states this and it did sub-due after 3 days or so.Overall a good quality and somewhat comfortable posture corrector (or reminder) that could help you break bad habits.
