The pad keeps coming off when mop inserted into bucket, why it doesn’t work?
NOTE! Please have a look on below instruction about how to attach pad, the three tabs-slots must be matched together, and ensure the pad firmly stuck on mop-head, so that avoid this problem!
Why the lid come off when bucket lifted?
It seems that there are two handles, but the larger one is the real lift-handle, the thinner one which printed LOCK is actually a lock that lock lid in the bucket. So just use the lift-handle to move the bucket so that the top lid won’t come off!
What can I do if any accessories(including mop handle or cleaning cloth or mop-head) missed or broken?

“Dirty” water flows into “Clean” water?
The bucket is designed to be a “WASH”&”DRY” separate helper. The 2-bucket also refers to wash chamber and dry chamber. The DRY part is only for you to squeeze extra water after you washing the wet mop, so actually it would be “dirty” into “dirty”!
The mop-head is difficult to go inside into bucket, why?
Fill water into WASH chamber and wet the mop firstly! The dry mop is certainly hard to insert. And it happens normally at first few times uses, please push down in some strength at beginning, also tilt mop at some angles maybe helpful.

Amazing stuff for everyday use
We have been using this mop for a month now. It has adjustable handle length which is a great convenience. It’s touch free, easy to change water and clean everyday without major task.I love how convenient the size of the item is, it can fit in a corner. It comes with change of the mop cloth incase it stains badly.Great value for the money spent.

BEST MOP EVER!! Efficient, sturdy, great design, not wasteful like a Swiffer!
Small, compact water bucket. Fills to exactly where you need it to to cover the mop when inserting into “water side” of bucket. This makes the whole thing light to cart around as you mop. It folds so you can insert it into your soapy water side. Move it in and out to load with soapy water and to clean off mop head after mopping an area. Then you slide it into the dry side to remove excess water. The more times you do this, the more water you remove from the mop… for wetter or drier mopping. It’s SO perfect I am finding myself mopping everything. It’s really a JOY! The heads are removable and washable. I bought extras but have been using the original one for quite a while.FORGET about your Swiffer! This is so much more efficient and less wasteful! With a Swiffer you have to keep tossing the used paper heads. This one just keeps cleaning and cleaning with one bucket of water. SUCH a great design! And feels quite sturdy!

Exactly what I needed.
Great mopping system. I’ve seen a very similar product used at the hospital at which I work. I’m happy I bought it. Easy to use, easy to move around and it did a great job.

This mop is great. It gets the job done much better than a Swiffer mop, but maybe not as well as an old school wring it out yourself mop. I really like the ease of “wringing” the mop out. You just slide it into the dry side of the bucket a couple of times. It’s fairly cheap, but seems sturdy. It holds enough water to mop the entire house. The handle length is a little longer, so for those of you who are taller, you’ll find it more comfortable to use, for those of you who are shorter, you can always opt not to put one of the pieces onto the mop to make it shorter !

Easy to use and clean after use. This has made life so much easier in regards to whole house cleaning. Quickly able to clean mop head right at the area I’m cleaning without the need to constantly go to another area to wash or swap out for a clean head. Mop handle quickly unscrews and all the pieces conveniently drop right into the bucket with a centered little pop up handle for easy carrying and quick packing up to transport or put away neatly. Is long enough to reach most corners up to ceiling if cleaning walls and the swivel head makes corners and baseboards easy to reach and quickly clean without need for ladders or stools. I clean short term rental homes and this product alone has cut my overall cleaning time easily in half. I can use it on floors, walls, inside showers even in windows inside and outside. Definitely recommend and will be buying more to give to my housekeeping team and friends.

Fantastic mop, great for floors and walls, with enough sections to reach high ceilings. Great for windows and fly screens also. Bucket is compact so easy for storage. Gave mine to my son for his new apartment then bought 2 more, 1 for me and 1 for my daughter Love the swivel head, reaches under furniture and beds where a vacuum can’t and leaves surfaces reasonably dry. Sops up spills easily. I highly recommend. The new saying in our family is “just moop it”
