Great red light panel.
A very powerful little panel. Targets the 2 main light waves of red and infrared. I didn’t find the stand very useful yet as its important to get the concentration of light close to the skin, so the handle in the back is great for putting on a table, resting on the bed or holding up to parts of my body like my neck, its very light weight. I’m only on day 2 of using this, so no obvious benefits. But it seemed a much more useful design than the led face masks, more powerful and significantly cheaper. When I’m watching tv in bed, I’ll rest it close to my torso or legs for additional exposure. I’m not suffering from hair loss, but hoping the coverage will keep my hairline as I get older. My goal is to get a full body panel….but this is a great entry point.

Red light therapy for skin inflammation
I suffer from acne and skin inflammation.This red light therapy came highly recommended and helped a lot of my friends so I decided to take it along for the ride. I have used it for a few times now and I think it helps with redness and irritation of skin. It can also help with inflammation anywhere on the body and helps with seasonal effective disorder which likely happens in the winter months. I am looking forward to getting good use out of it and continuing my healthy skin journey.

I started using this red light recently to help me relax. It’s supposed to have various health benefits so I’m going to try to use it daily. This light is sturdy but also flexible at the top so the the light can hit at different angles. It comes with glasses to protect your eyes as well. It’s small enough to fit in any corner but heavy enough not to fall over. I’m satisfied

Great Product
This is a great product. The red LEDs are very bright, it comes with an eye guard. The height is just right to position it over a bed. I can feel it work, I use it for acne on my back as well as general well being for my face and hair. The price is excellent for a product like this.

Best way to do red light therapy
This is so great . I had red bulb for the same purpose but was tired to hold it to use it stand is adjustable and light is turntable makes it so easy . As I always known the benefit of red light , the usage was amazing to me . Long cord and easy assembly makes it useful and stress free

Buyer beware. Defective merchandise.
The support that holds the light in the correct position failed after less than a month. I contacted the seller who sent me a light with pieces that do not fit together. The supports do not screw into each other and there is no way to use this “replacement” light. I contacted Amazon who would not take action because the “return window” time period expired. Therefore, BUYER BEWARE.
