This has helped me and my family more times than I can count. Many times when we were on the verge of thinking about going to the ER. Helped bring heart rate down. Calm the autonomic nervous system. Calm anxiety. Improve blurry vision when my nervous system is sympathetic. I’ve worn it to bed and at work. Whenever my nervous system is in fight or flight.

One tool for your toolbox
I got the Sensate to use along side other techniques I’ve been learning to reduce my anxiety and the frequency and intensity of my panic attacks. I’ve been using it regularly for two weeks, and it’s too soon to know if it’s working in that regard. However, I find it to be a great aid in meditation. It helps me tune out external distractions and shift my focus away from my thoughts to being present in my body. I find the vibrating sensation to be very pleasant and relaxing. The Sensate device and application are both intuitive and easy to use. The application is fairly basic. You select which track and the duration you want and hit play. You can also use the app to schedule reminders for your sessions. The app could benefit from some additional features — like a log of what sessions you did and when and a journal to write down your reflections at the time. The music/sound tracks they provide are really well-produced and available in different durations (10, 20 or 30 minites). The price for the device is quite high. Whether it’s worth it is completely subjective. I personally don’t regret spending the money. On top of the cost of the device you have the option to subscribe within the app to open additional features (mostly a wider range of tracks that update monthly) at the current price of $50 annually. That seems a little steep given the high upfront cost, but I have been enjoying a number of tracks that would otherwise have been unavailable. Sensate has worked well so far, I have had no problems, and I’m happy with the purchase. For me, it’s another great tool in my toolbox for dealing with chronic anxiety.

Don’t waste your money
I was excited to try this device. Packaging ok. Device cheap plastic but didn’t care as long as it worked. It didn’t.Device would not pair with my phone and it won’t work unless you use with their app. No app no function. Just an expensive paperweightI tried turning Bluetooth off and on. Device off and on. Restarted app. Everything. It never showed up in Bluetooth to pair it.The ironic part is that in the instructions it says that you don’t have to do anything-just open app and turn on device. Big failWhen you spend $350 on a device that you can only use with makers app and it won’t even pair- unacceptable. And after reading all the reviews from others with similar experience- that means only a percentage of the product works.Honestly it’s not worth $350. In a video product review the woman said it was $250 and she didn’t think it was worth that. I agree 100%. This product should be no more than $50 to $100. Don’t waste your money

Best little device
I bought this nearly a year ago and have used it twice a day, most days, since then. It’s kinda wild how helpful it is. The days I don’t use it I find myself more anxious and harried. It is pricey, but it’s been worth it.Pros: It’s a game changer and lets me get into a meditative state really quickly. It’s instantly calming and the benefits last all day. It’s lightweight and looks like a smooth pebble. It feels a bit like when you’re singing – that deep resonating vibration that quiets the nervous system.Cons: It is noisy sometimes – kind of a rattling noise. It’s better if you set a blanket over it. It’s been pretty durable – I’ve hauled it around the country and even dropped it once – and it’s still working. Also, you get access to a handful of sessions just by buying the device, but if you want access to the full (and growing) library of sessions you’ll have to subscribe. Final complaint, the on switch glows this bright annoying light, which is not ideal for meditating. I just pull a blanket over it.But, at least for me, those cons are trivial compared to the benefits.

Great product, Terrible service/support
GOOD: This product worked for me. I’d consider it in my top 5 along for addressing my anxiety disorder, along with exercise, diet, my actual anxiety medication, and magnesium glycinate. It’s not ideal as a temporary band-aid, but if used daily, I don’t see how you won’t see results, as well as sleep better. The product is a 5/5.BAD: I’ve had nothing but problems with the support. I bought this product, which advertises itself as “with PLUS”, and did not get Plus. The PLUS structure is predatory, with about 90% of the content locked behind it. Content locking is an industry standard, but the ratio feels very bad. Finally, my product appears to be defective, it “chirps” for half of the free soundscapes – it is very disruptive so I then cannot use those soundscapes. I’ve contacted support half a dozen times and they assured me it was not defective and a patch was coming, but they have not patched the product for half a year. The support and service is a 1/5. For context, there are probably like 70 soundscapes available in PLUS, and I am able to use about five of the dozen or so of the free ones I have access to, as the others make chirping sounds on the device.They could have a stellar product on their hands if they would actually stand behind it, especially when charging $350 for a vibrating stone. I love my Sensate and use it every day, but the day it dies, I will not be looking at Sensate for a replacement as I assume there are similar products out there with actual service behind them.

Very effective.
I have developed severe anxiety and was tired of taking medications that were just making me sleep. This was recommended by a friend and it has made a big impact to me being able my anxiety without medication and falling asleep as a result. I would highlyrecommend.

In such a short space of time, I have become so found of this vibrating pebble that I’ve started calling it “The 10 minute Pill”.I’m a long time meditator and Reiki Master and what everyone else is saying is true; 10 minutes of this is as effective, if not more so, than an hour of serious meditation.Being a Reiki Master, I am very familiar working with energy and vibration. It blows my mind how effective this gadget is by raising your vibration. It quite literally changes how you feel.I hummed and harred for days over buying this. It is a lot of money, but eventually I bit the bullet thinking if it was rubbish, I would send it back.It has more than delivered and exceeded my high expectations. It really is a very lazy, easy and unbelievably effective way to meditate.I guess what we’re ultimately paying for is the technology and all the R&D that has gone into making this. We’re also paying for a shortcut to access a state of bliss that is safe and doesn’t involve any herbs or drugs of any kind.I only have 1 criticism and that’s regarding the Plus package (which gives you extra sounds for £50 a year). I assumed the redeem code for this would be sent with the device.It was not. The workflow is you have to email them, and they then send you the code. To be fair, they were fast at emailing back but after I had the code, it took 5 attempts to get it to work.An issue they seem aware of as their original email said the code may need to be entered twice. This I believe is a problem on Apple’s app store side but even so, it detracted from what should’ve been a smooth experience in getting setup.If you want the plus package, just do the in app purchase, it’ll be a lot faster for you.£50 a year is a lot, but for what is essentially the cost of 2 coffees a month, the extra sounds have been worth it for me. They also make it more fun to use as you can mix it up and use different sounds at different times.

商品自体は使っていないのでなんともいえません。それ以前の問題。届いた物は新品ではなく明らかに中古でした。商品は使用された形跡があり、茶色の長い髪のようなものがくっついていて大変気持ち悪かったです。高額な物なので本当に残念です。
