Smoke Detectors
After a friend mentioned investing in WiFi smoke detectors, I immediately came to Amazon to see what I could find. I chose this brand because of the price being affordable and the fact that I could get four of them, which turned out to be the perfect number that I needed. These alarms are LOUD and they were easy to install. Setup on the app was straightforward and easy as well. I really like that they use AA batteries, which are easier to come by and more affordable compared to 9 volt batteries. I also like that the app shows the remaining battery life. These will definitely bring me more peace of mind when I’m not at home and are a must have! They are small and easy to conceal, so they won’t stand out too much or be a huge eye sore. So far, I would recommend them!

Excellent Wi-Fi Alarm
This Wi-Fi smoke detector alarm works exactly as advertised. Easy to connect to Wi-Fi and your phone/app, and free phone notifications for life (you must pay an extra recurring fee to receive a text/phone call if you choose). No necessary paid subscriptions are a big selling point. Installation was a breeze. Just be sure to install with AA batteries – the AAA batteries as indicated in the battery portal is incorrect. Highly recommend and gives you peace of mind when you’re away from home.

Connectivity and ease setup
I received my alarms and setup them with no problems. The instructions were clear, added the batteries and already had the smartlife app connected them with a breeze. They work perfect for my setup.

Best Bang for the Buck
All 4 smoke alarms fit into this small box. Each smoke alarm is about the size of an adults palm.This small size is good as it is very discrete and not an eye sore. However, being small, still just as effective, very loud and can pick up smoke/fire. Having something large makes you think you getting something more but with advanced technology, able to make a small footprint and accomplish the same.I wish I purchased this instead of the costly NEST smoke alarm that has a very expensive battery that needs to be replaced every few years. This smoke detector uses inexpensive AA batteries. There are other smoke detectors in market that use CR123 but they are so expensive and people do not research this before they make the purchase and find out too late. What is so great about these smoke alarms is that they are smart feature to notify you on your phone should there be a fire in the garage or in a room that is far away and you cannot hear the alarm. Great also when you are out of the house.The Nest was the first to come out with smart notification and I purchased when first came out. Now no need to spend a lot of the Nest which is good but not worth the price. This smoke detector is the best bang for the buck. I did the research on it!

Good value and price
easy to configure, if you want to use the sms or phone call alerting feature you need to pay the app subscription, but you can use the app push notifications for free which also works for on realtime notifications when any of the smoke detectors get activated.

These were a great upgrade to my older home.
These were the best purchase I have made in a while. They were so easy to set up on my wifi. The mounting was simple with the supplied hardware. The push notifications on the app you download with the QR code included are a great free addition with no subscription required. I tested each smoke detector before installing with smoke all worked as should and everyone pushed to notification.I would definitely purchase these again if needed
