This is perfect, I use this set up on my bathroom sink while moisturizing my face in the morning and my down time I use the goggles for 30 minutes.

Newbie men’s skin care
I have always heard that red light helps skin repair, so I finally bought this small device. At first I was worried about whether it would be too hot, but after using it a few times I found that the light was very gentle and there was no glaring feeling. The operating interface is simple and clear, and the timing design is also very considerate. After washing your face every day, you can use it to take a few minutes to feel that your pores are more delicate and your skin is not so red.

Good to my skin
I have never tried red light therapy before and this is my first one. I usually go for 20-minute a session, about three or four times a week. The light has a warm red glow, it’s not harsh with protective glasses on, and even with my sensitive skin, I haven’t felt any discomfort.After a few weeks trials, I feel a bit more relaxed and refreshed. I often use it while listening to music during midday breaks, and after a few weeks, I’ve noticed my skin feels smoother and looks slightly better.I will continue to stick with it and see what kind of results come with time. Hopefully, the improvements continue.

The goggles make a difference during use
I’ve been using this panel in the evening and found that the included goggles are necessary, especially when the light is facing the upper part of the face. The red light feels quite strong even with eyes closed, so the extra layer of protection helps make the session more comfortable. I usually keep it angled slightly downward on a low table so it covers my face and upper neck, and the adjustable stand holds position well. I like it, but it didn’t match the description
I like the product, but the description states a USB cable is included. I didn’t receive one, so I’m wondering if I received a return or older model. I’ll likely return it for that reason., because the adapter is quite short.

This is very useful and legit but don’t leave it on for more than an hour as it heats up the plastic and I think fumes are released which isn’t safe for the lungs. It’s not a fire hazard I’ve been using it for months.
