NO WiFi WORRIES! YoLink devices communicate by LoRa, an industrial-grade protocol that provides up to ¼ mile open air range. Devices do NOT connect to your network or even to the internet; they communicate with the Hub (Not included!). Long range, obstruction penetration, no reliance on WiFi, and fully-encrypted communications provide more than most ask for from their smart home system!
SET IT & FORGET IT! Installs in seconds! The YoLink wireless Water Sensor could not be easier to install; just place near or under the equipment you wish to monitor. Suggested uses are near or under, toilets, water heaters, laundry machines, dishwashers, sinks, fish tanks, in or near sump pumps, and by any other location subject to water leaks and flooding.
EXTREME LONG RANGE! Powered by LoRa technology, the long-range yet low-power system offers the industry’s longest receiving range in the market (1/4 mile). Our long-range coverage enables its use in areas challenging for most residential Wi-Fi systems, such as basements, outdoor porch/patio areas, sheds, free-standing garages, even remote outbuildings on your property.
NO WIFI, NO INTERNET, NO POWER? NO PROBLEM! Our patented Control-D2D device-to-device pairing, over our LoRa-based wireless network, allows for devices to be paired to each other, in such a way they will continue to operate, even if WiFi is flaky, the internet goes down, or the AC power goes out!
START SMART! A YoLink hub is required for full functionality, including for the app to work, to check battery level, etc, but your hub is compatible with a growing family of smart products for home and business! Search for B09FSS95G9 for a SpeakerHub (our audio, talking hub) or B07TQLKQLJ for the original Hub.
BATTERIES INCLUDED! Two replaceable AAA batteries, good for over 5 years, are included!

Night and Day Difference: YoLink Smart Water Valve Controller System is a Game Changer!
After having constant issues with the Guardian water leak detection system, I was on the hunt for a more reliable and user-friendly alternative, and I’m so glad I found the YoLink Smart Water Valve Controller! The installation was a breeze, taking me around 30 minutes to set up the controller, and a bit more time to configure and place 16 leak detectors around the house. The process was straightforward and easy, even without the need for a plumber – it’s truly DIY-friendly.Now, comparing this to the Guardian system is like night and day. The Guardian was a headache, constantly failing, poorly designed, and honestly, it cost a fortune. Each Guardian controller was $50, and they kept failing on me. With YoLink, I’ve found a much more reliable and cost-effective solution that works exactly as advertised.Setting up the YoLink system was incredibly intuitive. The app is user-friendly, and I was able to easily configure the settings, including the wireless range, which works flawlessly. Even with multiple walls between devices, the system remained reliable with no drop in connection. It’s great to have peace of mind knowing that everything is connected, and I can manage it all from my phone. One tricky part for me was figuring out how to automatically trigger the water valve to close when a leak is detected, but I solved that by using the Automation tab in the app. Once I set up the events, the system worked perfectly. Thankfully, I didn’t need to watch the instructional videos since I’m already familiar with these kinds of systems.I’m beyond impressed with how well this system works. It’s easy to update and configure, and I now have total peace of mind knowing my home is protected against water leaks. If you’re tired of dealing with a poorly designed, expensive system like I was, I highly recommend the YoLink Smart Water Valve Controller! It’s been a total game changer for me.**A++++ – Highly Recommended!**

Already saved me from one flood!
TLDR: These are *AWESOME*!!!!!!!!I have to admit, I was *really* skeptical of the “YoLink” family of products when I bought them. It sounds kind of hoaky and well, I didn’t think it would work all that well. BOY, I WAS WRONG! I bought a YoLink Hub with leak sensors and bought this 3-pack to protect extra areas of my home. About a week after installation, they went off when my water heater relief valve let go and the water got shut off immediately so that the flood was very limited in scope. These devices are awesome so far, and I am so glad I have bought them. I also bought sensors for my refrigerators and a water shutoff valve motor that automatically shuts the water off to my house if a leak is detected. I can see the status of my home from anywhere that I have cell signal!Installation: Couldn’t be easier. Get the app from the app store, click on the “scan” button and scan a QR code on the back of the device. It gets added to your YoLink Home, and after you power it on, you get instant feedback as to the health of the device, the health of the connection, and the status (alarmed or normal). 10 seconds per device to install. You can name each one, organize them into rooms, and many other options.Function: I tested the leak sensors by licking my fingers and bridging the contacts with my wet finger. Each one I have bought has alarmed on all of the sensors on the device. There are two sensors on the bottom and one on the top (cleverly in a little “cup”) that would hold water if it were spraying everywhere.App: The app is pretty decent. I get a dashboard that lets me see my whole home at a glance. There are a few confusing parts, like Scenes, and “Automation” which are not immediately obvious. But they have a few videos that help and their customer service was pretty responsive.Range: I have a sensor in the basement freezer and one in my kitchen refrigerator. While they aren’t horribly far from the hub, they have full strength signals despite being in cold temperatures and inside the refrigerator boxes.Battery Life: I cannot comment yet, but they are not replaceable and are supposed to last 5 years. I hope that’s true. But even if they last a couple years, the disaster they save you might be worth it.Installed locations: Under each bathroom sink, Under kitchen sink, Under each toilet tank, near my washer and dryer, behind my refrigerator (icemaker has leaked before), Near my boiler, near my water heater, near the A/C condensate pump.Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my YoLink system. This was well worth the money, especially since it already saved me from one bad flood.

AWESOME products – flood sensors worked perfectly on recent water heater expansion tank leak
These are great! I’ve been using them for years now. I added a hub and sensors to my elderly parents home as well. They think I go over the top with tech but just a few weeks ago I got a phone call from them. While they were at my dads cancer treatment center, they were getting an alert from one of their leak sensors in their garage. I drove over to check for them and sure enough, the water heater had just barely begun to leak! The leak was so small in fact, I had to pick up the sensor to see the tiny bit of water. I had the sensor sitting in the pan they typically put the water heater in. They were pretty happy I had installed the sensors and now really see how items like this can save you from a flood or worse. And when the new water heater was installed, the sensor wouldn’t fit in the new/smaller pan they used. YoLink also has a rope water sensor which is PERFECT for this. I ordered two. They have a length of rope-like wire you can drape around things. You can even add extra lengths of the wire to extend it if needed. I’ll also say that over the years YoLink support has been awesome and it looks like the company just keeps growing, releasing better and better products as they listen to their customers to keep producing useful items. I also have the water shutoff valve which I haven’t installed yet but will be, along with some temperature sensors (great for hurricane areas/power outages when you don’t know how long the refrigerator may have been turned off for, to know if your food has spoiled), the siren, speakerhub, garage door sensor, magnet door/window sensors.. I have the floating water temp sensor in their in-ground pool so they dont have to bend all the way down to pull up an old school thermometer (hard to read) from a string. With the YoLink temp sensor, they just look at their phone and can get alerts for low/high temps so they can turn their solar heat on or off. I really can’t say enough good things about their products. Great job YoLink!

Works well once reset to Europe wifi but it would not connect with their European/UK hub without a fair amount of resetting and liaison with tech support.I was expecting this so was not a problem for me.

Excellent range, excellent battery life, and the on-device siren is a great addition. I don’t think anything beats the Yolink ecosystem for ease of use, app user friendliness, battery life, and range.

The hub and temperature sensors work well and are connected immediately. I purchased the 3-pack water leak sensors but did not realise the difference between UC and EC on the labels. UC does not work in the UK; you need to buy EC. I contacted tech support, but after an initial hello, I have been ghosted!

I installed these water leak sensors in key spots: under the dishwasher, laundry washer, and next to the water tank, to catch leaks before they become problems. Setup with the hub was smooth. A smart layer of protection for any home.

A month after putting them around the house, there was a slow leak in the basement. It works! I put it on a small cloth to soak up water better, the damp cloth helped set off the alarm. These are tied into the Yolink system so the main water valve shut off as it should. BTW, the whole Yolink shutoff system works well.
