Sleep has been a problem for me throughout my adult life. I’ve found that I don’t necessarily want the same level of stimulation every night and that sometimes I need to adjust the level in the middle of a session because a shift in position can make the strength of the signal change. That was the most frustrating aspect for me until I learned how to adjust it in the dark without having to look at it.It’s no exaggeration to say that this device has changed my life! From day one it was solving my sleep problem! Even though my mind might wander throughout the 20 minute session, by the end I’m either already asleep or right on the verge of sleep. Works well and is easy to use.
Well made, easy to use, and works (mostly). I’ve been using this nightly for the last three weeks since I purchased it. I purchased and returned one that didn’t work, but the replacement works as advertised. It does improve my ability to fall asleep. The jury’s still out on whether it helps in the middle of the night when I wake up and can’t fall back to sleep. I’ve been living with chronic insomnia for more than 20 years, so don’t expect quick results. I am noticing an improvement with this device and will continue using it.
