Completely unusable for Brock string exercises.
The beads slide around, they don’t stay where you put them. I have a Brock string from my eye doctor, and I wanted another one. The one from my eye doctor, the beads stay put, this one if the string is even slightly unlevel, they slide freely. Also, the string is very thin and elastic, so it bounces while you are trying to use it. This exercise isn’t effective unless the string is steady.

It’s good. The beads slide easily but stay where you put them. The string is easy to tie and untie. The string can be drawn taunt and bounce is easily controlled.

not easy to afix to a wall
It comes with instructions but I would suggest a youtube video for more detail. The string can be pulled taught, the beads do not slip.I wish it came with some sort of device to attach it logically to the wall. AI Rufus suggests tape or tacks which do not hold. As is, I am using a picture hanger with the string adhered with super glue.

Fine tool for better binocular vision, however, very over-priced
A ten foot cheap string plus five cheap beads each with a string hole. Worth maybe $2.00 max, including handling and packaging. Yet, the price is $10.00. This shows the impact of marketing and packaging.

Broc strings require patience and consistency of use. This one, unlike most on the market, is actually of a decent length, long enough for those of us training our eyes to see at mid-distance. One word of caution: don’t be tempted to remove or rearrange the balls, as it is almost impossible to thread them back on the string. Good value. Give it a try!
