A great aid for my bedridden father in law’s comfort
I read about the benefits of red light therapy and decided to buy this lamp for my father in law, who is bedridden after a stroke. Since using it, he enjoys the gentle warmth and says it helps him feel more relaxed. It’s easy to adjust, doesn’t overheat, and the different colors create a calm atmosphere. RLT is still in review but I think it’s helping my spasticity and pain.
I am reviewing this earlier than I would normally but with the holidays approaching I wanted to get this out there.I have used this for a week now so not sure I have noticed a lot changes but will update.I have spasticity and spasms in my legs and I have been doing 20 mins a day and I do think it is helping. Going to work on my claw hands next and up the leg time to 30mins.I purchased this because I liked having the ability to do my entire body. The base is very solid and well constructed. It came with sleep shades and glasses. I have not tried it on my face as wrinkles are the least of my concerns, lol. I am very happy with my purchase and hope the benefits keep coming. While the jury is still out on RLT you might as well try it. I did talk to my neurologist first so run it by your dr to make sure it’s safe for you.
